Bennett-Watkins Fire Rescue is proud to provide in house vehicle and equipment maintenance and repair. The Fleet Maintenance Division has a full compliment of tools and equipment used to repair, maintain, and protect apparatus and tools. Gustavo Llanes works as the department's fleet director/technician and holds numerous certifications in diesel engine, gasoline engine, and emergency vehicle maintenance. Shane Yoder works along side Gustavo as a fleet technician full-time. The fleet maintenance shop also provides services to neighboring departments along the I-70 corridor which include Byers, Deer Trail, and Sable Altura. On call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, the Fleet Maintenance Division is always ready to respond should an apparatus need repair or service. Along with being the department's mechanic, Gustavo also holds certifications in Firefighting, Hazmat Operations, and First Responder and will respond to emergencies when needed.
Bennett-Watkins Fire Rescue is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Bennett-Watkins Fire Rescue
