Tender 92 is a 1998 International Chassis Water Tender. Tender 92 was refurbished in 2011, outfitting it with a new 3000 gallon tank, a 750 gallon per minute pump, as well as a new red coat of paint, LED emergency lights, and the NFPA required striping on the rear of the apparatus. Tender 92 responds second due to all reported structure, weed, and vehicle fires. Hydrants are primarily only located within the town limits, limiting the water supply for fires fought outside of the town limits. Tender 92 also has a 3000 gallon "porta-tank" capable of being dropped and filled with water while the tender refills to provide additional water. Tender 92 is the primary response tender within the Fire Protection District, as well as responding on requests for mutual aid from surrounding departments. Tender 92 has a fire rated pump as well as SCBAs for two Firefighters should Tender 92 arrive to a scene before the first due engine. Tender 92 was moved from station 91 where it previously served as Tender 91.
